In keeping with the Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa’s distinctive aquatic theme, water is the inspiration at the 7 Seven Spa, with a fantastic indoor thermal pool, lush garden views and the ubiquitous, soothing sound of cascading water on glass or rough-stone walls.
A spectacular Zen-like oasis, the 7 Seven Spa represents the perfect place to lie back, unwind and pamper your body and mind after a rigorous shift in the hotel’s 24 hour Fitness Centre or a day on the golf course.
From October to May, hotel guests can use the social areas* of 7Seven Spa for 15€ per person, per day and from June to September for 20€ per person, per day. HHonors Gold and Diamond members have free access. Note children between 6 and 15 years of age can access 7 Seven Spa’s social areas from 9.30 am to 11 am, for 10€.
* Social areas include Hydro-Massage Pools, Zen Garden, AromaSteam Bath, Sauna, Waterfall Experience Showers, Water Tunnel Experience, and Ice Fountain.
